Ready to reload right out of the bag! My brass is mixed head-stamped high-quality brass, once fired 223/5.56 NATO brass that has been processed and is ready to reload right out of the bag. The brass is sourced from military, police, and civilian firing ranges.

I quality check my brass with a Lyman length and head space gauge to assure length and head space dimensions are correct. I also use a Ballistic Tools brand swage gauge to validate depth and diameter of the primer pockets to assure proper primer fit. I check one out of every 15 cases from the beginning to the end of the day.
Here are the steps I take to assure quality:
- 1. The cases are tumbled to remove dirt, gun powder, and any other foreign material.
- 2. Brass is resized in a full-length Dillon or RCBS die and deprimed.
- 3. They are swaged in a Dillon decrimper.
- 4. Trimmed to 1.750 then chamfered inside and outside of the rim.
- 5. Primer/flash holes are cleaned by hand with an RCBS steel wire primer hole cleaning brush.
- 6. Polished to a high-quality shine in walnut media polish mix with a tarnish inhibitor. Corn media is then used to remove excess polish and any other foreign debris.
